Welcome to SnoocoonS web site.
We are Jayne and Myles Passey and live in Halesowen West Midlands with Faye and Matthew (teenage children) several maine Coon cats, a couple of moggies and our Rhodesian Ridgeback dog called Scooby!
We had our first Maine Coon in March 05 and needless to say we now have several more and we also run a small cattery, where they are all treated like the pets that they are, with the kittens being bought up in the family home along with other cats, a dog and lots of people coming and going. We are both breeding and showing Maine Coon cats and hope to comtinue to do so for many years to come. Cat showing is a wonderful hobby where we enjoy meeting up with friends, new and old, that we have made from around the country and discussing our cats latest antics.
A great day out although exhausting !!

We are members, and registered breeders, of the Maine Coon Breed Society, Maine Coon Cat Club and Semi Long Haired Cat Club.

We would just like to point out that we do not in general sell kittens for breeding. Breeding cats will only be sold to friends and acquaintances by prior agreement.

We do however sell kittens with show potential as show neuters as and when there are any available, so if you wish to have a kitten for showing please contact us to discuss the possibility.

All our kittens come with a kitten contract to say the kitten will be put on the "non active" register (you will be required to neuter them and will be unable to breed with them) with the GCCF. Also if your circumstances unfortunately change you will not put the kitten/cat into rescue as I will always have them back. All our kittens earn their place in our hearts and we would never turn them away.

All our kittens are born in our bedroom and come downstairs with the family at around 3 weeks of age. They are very well handled and get used to dogs and older children as they are part of busy family life. They will also be used to being groomed and having their claws clipped. (The web designers can vouch for this as we have one of Jayne's cats and she loves being tipped onto her back and groomed.)
